Sales and delivery conditions

1. Quotes & prices

All quotes are valid for 30 days from today, subject to price increases or discontinued items.
Any special campaigns or offer prices apply only when the quote is accepted and payment is made within the specified campaign period.

2. Payment & order confirmation
- Your order starts after we receive the first payment.
- When you accept a quote, you pay 50% of the order in advance. Orders under 10,000 DKK are paid in full upon acceptance.
- The remaining amount is due before installation. You will receive the final invoice well in advance of the installation date.
Important: Installation is carried out only if the full payment has been received before the installation day. Missing payment can lead to
delivery postponement and additional fees.

3. Delivery & delays
Delivery time depends on your choice of textile and product. In most cases, you can expect delivery within 4-10 weeks. We always aim
to deliver as quickly as possible, but certain materials and special solutions may take longer.
Busy periods, public holidays, and other external factors may also affect delivery times. We therefore cannot guarantee a fixed
delivery date, but we do our best to deliver within the expected time frame. When we have a more precise delivery date, we will contact you.
If a delay occurs, we of course regret it, but it can unfortunately happen for custom-made products. We
always work to complete and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Any delay does not entitle you to cancellation, price reduction
or compensation.

4. Custom manufacturing & right of withdrawal
Because the curtains are custom-made and tailored to your home, the right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act § 18,
para. 2, no. 3. Once production has started, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Once production has started, it is therefore not possible to change or cancel the order.

5. Installation & customer responsibility
Once the delivery date is known, an installation date is agreed. If this time does not suit you,
please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a new date for the installation together.
The customer must ensure that the following conditions are met on the day of installation:
• Window sills are cleared of ornaments, potted plants, etc.
• There is at least 1 meter of free space in front of the areas where the curtains are to be installed.
Fee for unsuccessful visit: If the installer cannot carry out the work due to lack of access or insufficient preparation, the customer will be charged a fee equal to the full amount for the installation.
Cancellation: If you cancel later than the day before the agreed installation, the customer will also be charged the full installation amount.

6. Complaints & warranty
If there is an error or defect with your product, please contact us as soon as possible and send a description along with photos of
the problem to our email: [email protected].
We follow Danish Sale of Goods legislation, which provides you with a 2-year complaint period for all products. A complaint covers defects
or faults present at delivery, and that arise due to manufacturing errors or material faults.
Please note that a complaint does not cover:
• Damage caused by incorrect use or handling
• Damage resulting from lack of maintenance in line with our recommendations
• Damage caused by external factors (e.g., accidents, unintended damage, or environmental influences)
We work quickly to find a solution, and depending on the situation we will offer repair, or a replacement if the complaint is justified.
We reserve the right to remedy any damage or defects in connection with a complaint. A complaint does not entitle you to
withhold any part of the remaining payment unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of liability
We cannot be held responsible for indirect losses, including loss of profits, loss of operating income, or other financial consequences
arising as a result of delayed delivery, product defects, or installation issues.
We reserve the right to correct any printing errors or inaccuracies in our materials or on the website. If such errors occur,
we will do our best to correct them as quickly as possible.

8. Force majeure
We assume no liability for delays or failure to deliver resulting from force majeure, including strikes, supplier failures,
natural disasters, or other unforeseen events outside our control that affect production, delivery, or installation.
