Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

All amounts shown on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT and excluding delivery costs. Vivesti accepts online payments with; Dankort, Visa\/Dankort, Visa, Mobilepay Online. No transaction fees are added to your purchase. Payment for the order is deducted from your account only when the item has been dispatched unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. Vivesti uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means the connection is completely secure.<\/p>\n\n

Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We deliver items only within Denmark. Delivery time for your order is normally 1-3 business days. If you order on weekends or public holidays, the item is dispatched on the first business day thereafter. If you order on weekdays before 12:00, the item is dispatched the same day. If, in special cases, delivery time is extended, we will inform you by email. We deliver to private addresses in Denmark, however not the Faroe Islands and Greenland. All items are delivered by GLS and PostNord.<\/p>\n\n

Returns and right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

A 14-day full right of return applies to items purchased in our web shop (does not apply to custom-made items and items manufactured according to specifications or with a clearly personal touch). The period is counted from the day you receive your order. Any return costs are paid by you, just as the choice of carrier is your own. You must notify us of your withdrawal no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the time you notify us of your withdrawal, the order must be received by us no later than 14 days after you informed us of your use of the right of withdrawal. The notice must be sent by email to info@vivesti.dk<\/a>, where you must clearly state that you want to use your right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n

It is up to Vivesti to assess the condition of the item. If the item is tried beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the item, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will receive only part of the purchase amount back or possibly none.<\/p>\n\n

Right to complain<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In accordance with Danish Sale of Goods legislation, there is a 2-year right to complain for products. A complaint covers defects in material and\/or manufacture. You must notify Vivesti of the complaint within a reasonable time after receiving the item. A month is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. Complaints do not apply in cases of defects or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product. Vivesti covers return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept parcels sent on request. Privacy policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

When you purchase an item and share the information yourself, we receive customer data. As the data controller, we process your personal information securely and confidentially. Your personal information is used and stored only for the purposes it was collected for. We use third parties for the processing of some of our information, including our freight handling, which is not developed by Vivesti. We have entered into data processor agreements with our partners to ensure they comply with the applicable rules for the protection of personal data.<\/p>\n\n
